পথশ্রী বা Pathashree হলো পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের একটি মুখ্য সড়ক উন্নয়ন এবং গ্রামীণ যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা শক্তিশালী করার প্রকল্প। মূলত এই প্রকল্পের লক্ষ্য রাজ্যের গ্রামাঞ্চল ও শহরতলীর রাস্তাগুলির নির্মাণ, সংস্কার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা, যাতে যোগাযোগ সহজ হয় এবং অর্থনৈতিক কর্মকাণ্ড দ্রুত এগিয়ে যেতে পারে।
প্রকল্পের উদ্দেশ্য ও লক্ষ্য- গ্রামীণ এলাকাগুলিতে উন্নত মানের রাস্তা তৈরি করে যোগাযোগ সুবিধা উন্নত করা। ৭,০০০–১২,০০০ কিলোমিটারেরও বেশি রাস্তা মেরামত ও নির্মাণ করা। সড়ক যোগাযোগের উন্নয়ন রাজ্যের সাধারণ মানুষ, কৃষক, ব্যবসায়ী ও ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য সহজ গমন-গমন নিশ্চিত করা।

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের দূরদর্শী উদ্যোগ “পথশ্রী প্রকল্প” আজ আমাদের রাজ্যের উন্নয়নের এক উজ্জ্বল দৃষ্টান্ত হয়ে উঠেছে। মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে এই প্রকল্পের মূল লক্ষ্য— নাগরিকদের জন্য নিরাপদ, টেকসই ও সুন্দর সড়ক পরিকাঠামো গড়ে তোলা।
কল্যাণী পৌরসভা গর্বের সঙ্গে জানাচ্ছে যে, আমাদের পৌর এলাকার বিভিন্ন ওয়ার্ডে পথশ্রী–রাস্তা–শ্রী প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে বহু রাস্তার সংস্কার ও নির্মাণ কাজ ইতিমধ্যেই সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। এই প্রকল্পের ফলে শুধু যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থাই নয়, নাগরিকদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনযাত্রার মানও বহুগুণে উন্নত হয়েছে।
আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য হলো— প্রতিটি নাগরিক যেন সহজে, দ্রুত এবং নিরাপদে পৌর এলাকার প্রতিটি প্রান্তে পৌঁছাতে পারেন। রাস্তার পাশাপাশি ড্রেনেজ, আলো এবং সবুজায়নের কাজও সমান গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে এগিয়ে চলেছে
